Requirements & Dues

National Chef Membership

• A completed CCFCC (Canadian Culinary Federation) Application
• A copy of your TQ (Trades Qualification) Certificate or Equivalent or Eight years proven industry experience in a Chef capacity proposed by two National Chef Members in good standing with the CCFCC.
• TQ5 for Military Personnel
• Currently in the actual service in the trade of cooking (Membership Bylaws - Article 1. Sec. 12)

Junior Chapter Chef Membership

• A completed CCFCC (Canadian Culinary Federation) Application
• Currently working towards your TQ (Trades Qualification) Certificate
• A brief letter stating why you wish to join the British Columbia Chefs' Association

Associate Membership

• A completed Associate Member Application and Business Card
• Associate Members must represent companies whose primary business is to serve the Hospitality Industry
