REQUIREMENTS

National Chef MEMBERSHIP

A completed CCFCC (Canadian Culinary Federation) Application
A copy of your TQ (Trades Qualification) Certificate or Equivalent or Eight years proven industry experience in a Chef capacity proposed by two National Chef Members in good standing with the CCFCC.
TQ5 for Military Personnel
Currently in the actual service in the trade of cooking (Membership Bylaws - Article 1. Sec. 12)

REQUIREMENTS

Junior Chapter Chef MEMBERSHIP

A completed CCFCC (Canadian Culinary Federation) Application
Currently working towards your TQ (Trades Qualification) Certificate
A brief letter stating why you wish to join the British Columbia Chefs' Association

REQUIREMENTS

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

A completed Associate Member Application and Business Card
Associate Members must represent companies whose primary business is to serve the Hospitality Industry
