This fine dining 150 seat restaurant is located on the upper deck with stunning views port and starboard. The Sous Chef is reporting to the Restaurant Chef, responsible for the food service of this exceptional fine dining Pan Asian Restaurant. The menu design, decor and service style is mixing the traditional with the modern and evoking flavours from across the Pacific, Pan Asian serves top end cuisine using Thai, Japanese, Malaysian, Indonesian, and Chinese influences with an emphasis on discovery, flavour and balance. EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE Monthly Salary: US$4,100.00 TO US$4,400.00 NET. Compensation package includes SINGLE CABIN ACCOMMODATION, Free Flights to and from Ship, Free Room & Board and Health and Life Insurance all included. All meals provided. Access to amenities onboard. | Qualifications: | Candidate must have extensive knowledge of PAN ASIAN cuisine, its ingredients and products and preparation techniques Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.Must have recent 4/5 Star Restaurant or Hotel /Resort experience. Chef de Cuisine organizes, directs and supervises all subordinates by providing recipes, work schedules and active supervision. Reports to the Executive Chef. The candidate should possess excellent culinary skills and people skills and be knowledgeable of proper food production standards. |
