NEW RESOLUTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Junior members of the BC Chefs’ Association to have voting rights in all matters relating to the BC Chefs’ Association. The Junior members to have one (1) vote for every 10 Junior members in good standing to a maximum of 10 votes. The Junior Chapter Board of Directors to vote on behalf of its members as follows: The Junior Chapter President will be the main representative; the vote will be passed to the Junior Chapter Vice President if the Junior Chapter President cannot fulfill his or her duties in voting matters. If, for any reason, the Junior Chapter Vice President cannot fulfill his or her duties in voting matters, then the right to vote to pass to the Junior Chapter Secretary.
REASON: To revise the voting protocol for the Junior membership of the BC Chefs’ Association.
