2009 HOT COMPETITION LIVE

The British Columbia Chefs’ Association will once again present the Annual Hot Competition in Vancouver at BC Place Stadium as part of The BC Foodservice Expo on January 25 & 26. During this two-day extravaganza, there will be competitors from all levels of cooking, including Professional, Team, Apprentice, College and High School categories.
