The 2015 Healthy Chef Competition, organized by the BC Produce Marketing Association and the BC Chefs Association drew 400 people to the Hyatt Regency in downtown Vancouver. The event raises awareness of the use of fruits and vegetables for healthy eating by bringing together top talent from local hotels, restaurants and culinary institutes. A silent and live auction also raises money to benefit several local charities.
